Jim Allday Inside Sales jallday@lasales.com	Jim received his BSEE from CSU Long Beach and worked at Rohr Industries designing analog and digital control circuits. Jim began his sales career with Hewlett-Packard selling HP's early computer and programmable calculator products in the southern California area. He also held key sales management positions with Burr-Brown Corporation and joined L.A. Sales from JIT Supply, where he was VP of Marketing and Sales. He is responsible for the territory including Ventura and San Luis Obispo counties.
Jim Bolek Vice President Senior Sales Engineer Valencia Office jbolek@lasales.com	Jim began his career in electronics with General Electric as a technical marketing engineer. He later advanced to sales/applications engineer, and spent five years in direct sales, as territory salesperson. Jim is a founder of LA Sales and came from Burr-Brown, where he was the Rep Sales Manager, responsible for manufacturer's rep organizations throughout the US and Canada. With a BSEE from UCLA he has a solid background in digital and analog electronics, and is responsible for the sales territory in the San Fernando, San Gabriel, and Antelope Valleys along with North LA Basin including Las Vegas.
Lee Davis President Senior Sales Engineer San Diego Corporate ldavis@lasales.com	Lee's background includes both engineering and sales management positions in the instrumentation and computer fields during the last twenty years. After his BSEE studies at University of Arizona, he held positions as electronic engineer, manufacturing manager, test engineering manager, regional sales manager, national sales manager and director of sales and marketing. Lee is a founder of LA Sales and has sucessfully directed several new business ventures. His sales territory includes the coastal portion of San Diego county.
Dave Bailey Senior Sales Engineer San Diego Office dbailey@lasales.com	Dave comes to us with several years of sales experience in San Diego and Imperial counties, specializing in electronic components, packaging products and subassemblies. Prior to working as a manufacturers representative, Dave worked in field sales for a regional high technology electronic products manufacturerr. Dave has a masters degree in Electrical Engineering and has worked in electronics R&D and network management positions. His territory covers the San Diego Inland area, south of the Riverside county line and east of the line along I-15 to SR163 south to the Mexican border.
Art LaMarchina Senior Sales Engineer LA Metro Office alamarchina@lasales.com	Art is a veteran salesman with twenty- two years of experience in electronic component and system sales. Though his primary focus has been in semiconductor sales with emphasis on the military and aerospace customer base in the L.A. area, he has recently worked for a manufacturer’s representative firm selling RF and microwave components and sub-systems targeting the prime contractors in the space market segment. Prior to that, he had worked for several years at Insight Electronics as an Account Manager, and at Burr-Brown as a Field Sales Engineer. His experience includes sales positions with other manufacturer’s representative firms and with Richardson Electronics as a District Sales Manager. His territory will be Orange County and the southern L.A. basin, as well as Riverside and San Bernadino counties.
